I feel that I need to talk about the topic of cognitive agility and switching, because even now, as I write, I can feel the weight of having played League of Legends affecting me. It makes sense that after engaging with it so intensely that it would take some time before everything returns to their original place. Switching from League to writing analytically is like switching mind palaces. For just that moment, it can feel as challenging as learning LaTeX for the first time; however, it eventually goes away after 10 or so minutes. However, it goes to show how important it is to have various activicities to stimulate the mind, as while it may feel strange, it prevents my brain from getting stuck in the same circles, which reduces potential for growth, expansion, and refinement. This means higher risk to cognitive generation, but more than that, the concept of maintaining a consistent thread so as to allow for in-depth and engrossed activity while allowing for such moments of cognitive switching, if applied extensively and to great effect, leads to better cognitive outcomes than if it was omitted.

Usually, I would go into depth, but I will just leave it as is for now and talk about this matter soon.
